Virtual production is often associated with large-scale film and broadcast environments, but its flexibility also makes it suitable for commercial productions that require high-quality visuals with a more focused setup.

For Al Rajhi Bank’s Nera App commercial, hecoos xR/VP supported two key scenes by providing a streamlined virtual production workflow that combined real-time compositing with a compact LED volume setup.

A Flexible xR Workflow for Commercial Production

The production used a lightweight virtual production configuration consisting of one camera, camera tracking, and an LED volume. Despite the compact setup, hecoos xR/VP maintained accurate alignment between the physical camera movement and the virtual environment throughout filming.

With real-time rendering and compositing handled by two hecoos xR/VP servers, the production team was able to capture scenes with integrated virtual backgrounds while maintaining visual consistency directly on set.

This project demonstrates how virtual production can be adapted beyond large-scale productions, providing brands with a flexible approach to creating cinematic visuals while keeping the production workflow efficient and focused.
